In years past around winter solstice I’ve gotten together with friends to create vision boards for what we want to focus on and manifest for the coming year. Sitting amidst piles of magazines looking for an image to represent our intentions, dreams, goals, we always found just the right picture to hold the form of what we envisioned. Or the person sitting next to us found it for us. The Universe was giving us a mini-illustration in the powers of manifestation right there and then.
The thing about vision boards is that too often we get used to seeing it as just another part of our surroundings. We can lose focus. When that happens manifestation slows down. And we also have to put ourselves in the pictures as we look at them, and really feel it in all of our senses. How often do we take the time to do that in our busy days?
There has been a lot of discussion about the Jupiter and Saturn conjunction that happened at the zero degree in Aquarius on December 21, 2020. Many feel that this is the start of moving into the age of Aquarius. With this conjunction, we feel like we have energetic support from the cosmos and our human collective consciousness to create a new way of being.
What if this year we made a vision board for a new era using the power of the two planets who are working together? They could be like architects, helping us build a state-of-the-art house out of sustainable and recycled materials in a permaculture design setting. What if we dreamed big and put ourselves in the picture living in the world we want to see? What world would we manifest?
